Pikachu And Latios

Here is another Pokemon Heroes themed picture I drew! I tell ya, it was the most annoying picture I've had to draw, I think skills go away over time from non-use and that's what happened to me. I ended up with freaky squiggly lines that thank god Flash fixed up for me.

-EDIT- Messed around with the colors to make it look better for comp monitors, since I use my TV as a monitor, I have better quality in regards to certain color combos that monitors do not.
